Get an answer from LoomX, reach a person at Designless, or report a security issue.

## Ask the Designless Agent

/designless I cannot finish publishing my Brand Capsule. Tell me what to do next, or put me in touch with a person.

LoomX answers questions about Designless and helps you get set up. Ask about getting started, using your brand, working on the Agent-Native Canvas or managing your account. Describe the task you were trying to complete and where you stopped.

## Before your conversation goes to support

When LoomX offers a conversation handoff, it asks you to confirm the send. Review the reply email and summary shown in the confirmation before you accept.

Asking a question or seeing a handoff offer is not the same as confirming it. Check the result after you confirm.

## Email a person

To talk to a person or reach a human for support, email support@designless.io with the task you need help with and the message you received. Include the Designless app version and the agent you are using when those details are relevant.

Your email opens a support ticket.

## What to include

To help support reproduce an issue, give the details of the task and the step that failed. Describe what you expected, what happened and the last step you completed. Include the relevant page or artefact title, the app version, the agent you used and the exact error message when there is one.

Remove passwords, access tokens and private customer material from screenshots or copied messages before sending them. A small example that shows the issue is more useful than an unrelated conversation history.

## Report a security issue

Email ai@designless.io with "SECURITY" in the subject for vulnerabilities or any security question. Please don't open public issues for vulnerabilities.

The plugin's security policy also says what runs on your machine and what leaves it.
