## Questions

### Who is each plan for?

Starter is for trying Designless on one brand. Solo is for one person running several brands. Team is for up to five people shipping together, such as a studio, an agency or a house of brands. Enterprise is for companies with many teams and brands, and their own security and compliance needs.

### Is usage metered?

No. Your agents can call Designless as often as the work needs, on every plan, under fair use. There are no credits to buy and no per-use bill.

### What does “unlimited, fair use” mean?

Unlimited covers normal use of Designless for your own products and agents. It is not without bounds: use far outside the normal, that looks automated or abusive, or that puts the service at risk for other customers may be slowed or paused, and where we can, we contact you first. Enterprise has the highest ceiling, and a contract can raise it. [Read the fair use terms](https://designless.io/terms#fair-use).

### How does the Solo trial work?

Solo starts with a 14-day trial: cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

### Can I cancel? Do you refund?

You can cancel any time, and nothing renews after that. A charge already made is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

### What does Enterprise add?

Unlimited people and unlimited brands, dedicated priority support, an SLA set in your agreement, professional services and templates made for your brand. Forward Deployed Designers set Designless up with your brand, your teams and your agents.
