Codex in the ChatGPT app
Use Codex in the ChatGPT app with your brand and the Agent-Native Canvas.
Before you start
Keep the Designless app open and signed in on an Apple silicon Mac. The plugin connects through it, so there is no separate sign-in in your coding agent.
Install from the Designless app
Open the install card in the Designless app and choose Codex. Keep the app open and signed in, then start a fresh conversation in Codex in the ChatGPT app.
Approve the hooks
The ChatGPT app asks you to approve the plugin's hooks before they run: approve them so the canvas stays in sync with your conversation. When an update adds a hook, the app asks for that one in the conversation. Approve it, then quit and reopen the ChatGPT app: until it restarts, it keeps running the hooks it started with.
Start a fresh conversation
Keep the Designless app open and signed in. Start a fresh Codex conversation after installation, then ask /designless to show your brands. Choose your brand and describe the work you need.
